What do you need to prepare a quote?
Your project location, type and number of dwellings are a good start. Upload current drawings if available and tell us which assessment you need. If you are unsure, we will confirm the scope with you.
Can I enquire before my drawings are complete?
Yes. Tell us where your project is up to. We will explain what is needed for a quote and what is needed before the assessment begins.
How much does an assessment cost?
The fee depends on the service, project scope and number of dwellings. Submit your details for a written proposal covering inclusions and any applicable additional fees.
How soon can you complete my assessment?
Tell us your target date when you enquire. We will confirm availability and timing based on the project scope and the information supplied.
Do you work with projects outside NSW?
Yes. We have completed compliance work across Australia. We support residential and commercial projects in NSW, ACT, Queensland, Western Australia and other states and territories, with the assessment scope confirmed for each location and project. BASIX and SEARs are NSW-specific services; ACT EER services are tailored to ACT requirements.
