SPECIALIST ADVICE FOR YOUR PROJECT
Send the project brief and any requirements from your certifier with the drawings. We confirm the relevant assessment services in writing. ACT proposals use the applicable energy assessment scope rather than a NSW BASIX package.
We review proposed construction, glazing and shading and discuss the information needed for assessment. Where Whole of Home is included, provide the proposed heating, cooling, hot water and other relevant energy-system details.
For multiple dwellings, include the dwelling schedule and identify repeated layouts and variations. This helps us coordinate the modelling and documentation across the development and prepare an accurate fee proposal.
The fee depends on the services required, number of dwellings and design complexity. Send your plans, project address and brief for a written proposal confirming inclusions, GST, applicable charges and timing.
