A NatHERS thermal assessment models the building design in its climate. Orientation, glazing, shading, insulation and construction all contribute to the result. We work through the proposed specification with your design team rather than treating the rating as an isolated number.
Tell us which elements of the design matter most and which products you are considering. We can investigate alternative combinations within the agreed scope and explain the implications before you commit to procurement or amend your drawings.
Fees depend on dwelling count, design complexity, available documentation and the assessment scope. Your written proposal confirms the modelling, advice and certificates included, together with GST and applicable charges. Send your plans for a project-specific price.
For NSW projects, tell us whether you also need BASIX. For ACT projects, let us know whether the brief calls for EER, NatHERS or Whole of Home documentation. We confirm the applicable services and required inputs rather than assuming every project needs the same package.
